1. Digital Service

GetPaidly is a 100% digital SaaS (Software as a Service) product. There are no physical goods, no shipping, and no physical delivery involved. All services are delivered digitally through: - WhatsApp (bot interaction, reminders, reports) - Web dashboard (getpaidly.com/dashboard) - WhatsApp Cloud API (payment links, templates)

2. Service Activation

After successful payment for a Pro or Business plan: - Plan activates instantly (within 60 seconds) - You receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp - All premium features are immediately available - No waiting period, no manual activation required If your plan does not activate within 5 minutes of payment, please contact hello@getpaidly.com with your payment receipt.

3. Service Availability

GetPaidly is available 24/7 worldwide through WhatsApp. Supported countries: India, Brazil, Nigeria, Turkey, Indonesia, Pakistan, UAE, and all countries where WhatsApp Business API is available. Planned maintenance windows (if any) will be communicated via WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance.

4. No Physical Exchange

Since GetPaidly is a digital-only service: - There is no shipping or delivery of physical products - There is no exchange of physical goods - There is no return of physical items For subscription cancellations and refunds, please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy at getpaidly.com/refund.
