Summary: Cancel anytime. Full refund within 7 days of first payment. After that, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds after 7 days.
1. Free Plan
The Free plan is free forever. There is nothing to cancel or refund. You can use 20 transactions per month and 5 contacts at no cost.
2. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Pro or Business subscription at any time:
- Via WhatsApp: Type "cancel plan" to the GetPaidly bot
- Via Dashboard: Go to your plan settings and click Cancel
When you cancel:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will NOT be charged for the next billing cycle
- All your data remains accessible on the Free plan
- Auto-reminders and premium features will stop at the end of the period
- You can resubscribe anytime by typing "upgrade"
3. Refund Policy
First-time subscribers:
- Full refund within 7 days of your first payment, no questions asked

After 7 days:
- No refunds for the current billing period
- If you cancel, the plan stays active until the period ends
- No prorated refunds for unused days
Annual plans:
- Full refund within 7 days of payment
- After 7 days, prorated refund for unused full months at our discretion

4. Auto-Renewal
Paid plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle:
- Monthly plans renew every 30 days
- Annual plans renew every 365 days
You will receive a reminder 7 days before renewal. To stop auto-renewal, cancel before the renewal date.
If an auto-renewal payment fails, we will retry 3 times over 3 days. If all retries fail, your plan will be downgraded to Free.
5. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via WhatsApp. Price changes apply from the next billing cycle, not the current one.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method:
- UPI: Refund to original UPI ID
- Card: Refund to original card (may take 5-10 business days to reflect)
- Net Banking: Refund to original bank account
Refund amount will be the exact amount charged, excluding any bank charges or currency conversion fees.
7. Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a billing dispute:
1. Email

2. We will investigate within 2 business days
3. If the charge was an error, we will issue a full refund immediately
