When you use GetPaidly, we collect the following information: **WhatsApp Data:** Your WhatsApp phone number, messages you send to our bot (including transaction details, customer names, and amounts), and voice notes you share for transcription. **Transaction Data:** Names and phone numbers of your customers (buyers), outstanding amounts, due dates, payment statuses, and payment history. **Payment Data:** UPI transaction references when payments are made through our generated links. We do not store full UPI IDs or bank account details. **Usage Data:** How you interact with the bot, features you use, and frequency of use — to improve the product. **Device Data:** IP address and basic device information for security purposes.

We use the collected information to: • Send automatic payment reminders to your customers on your behalf • Generate UPI payment links for your invoices • Provide cash flow summaries and reports • Improve our AI parsing and understanding of transactions • Prevent fraud and ensure account security • Send you product updates (you can opt out anytime) • Generate year-end financial exports when you request them

GetPaidly uses the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. By using GetPaidly, you acknowledge that your messages pass through Meta's servers as part of normal WhatsApp operation. We use Meta's Cloud API, which means message content is processed on Meta's infrastructure. We only access message content that is explicitly directed to the GetPaidly bot number. We do not access your other WhatsApp conversations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: **Service Providers:** Razorpay (payment processing), cloud hosting providers (for running our infrastructure), and AI service providers (for voice transcription and natural language understanding). All providers are contractually bound to protect your data. **Your Customers:** When we send reminders on your behalf, we share only the information necessary — the amount due and your business name. **Legal Requirements:** If required by Indian law, court order, or government authority.

We implement industry-standard security measures including: • All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) • Access controls and authentication for all systems • Regular security audits • Automatic deletion of voice note audio after transcription However, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and report any suspicious activity to hello@getpaidly.com immediately.

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account: • Transaction history is deleted within 30 days • Exported PDFs remain available for 7 days before deletion • Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for product improvement You may request deletion of your data at any time by messaging "DELETE MY DATA" to our WhatsApp bot or emailing hello@getpaidly.com.
