Set it up

    At zapier.com, create a Zap. For the trigger, search and choose Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook.

    Zapier shows a custom webhook URL - click Copy.
  3. 3
    In GetPaidly: API tab → Connect an app → Zapier / Make / Custom, paste the URL, tick your events, and click Connect.

    Back in Zapier, click Send test in GetPaidly so the Catch Hook captures a sample, then add your Action step(s) - Sheets, Gmail, QuickBooks, etc.

FAQ

Do I need a paid Zapier plan?
Yes - Webhooks by Zapier is premium. For a free route, use Make instead; the GetPaidly side is identical.
What data does the trigger include?
The event type, customer, amount, status and transaction id - enough to drive almost any action.
Is Zapier free?
Webhooks by Zapier needs a paid Zapier plan. If you want a free option, Make (below/linked) does the same thing on its free tier.
What if the app is briefly down?
Nothing is lost. We log every delivery and retry automatically (after 1m, 5m, 30m, 2h, 6h). You can also redeliver any event by hand from the API tab.
Which plan do I need?
Integrations are part of the Business plan, alongside the REST API and webhooks.
Is it secure?
Every message is signed (HMAC-SHA256) and you only ever send the events you tick. You can disconnect an app anytime.
